PWI is your own customized, individualized and personalized fitness and performance center located in the heart of Greeley.  All staff has a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree and multiple years of experience in designing the perfect program to meet your wellness, health and performance needs.  No longer do you need to wonder if your exercise routine is good for you joints or is causing additional problems. Each PWI client will receive a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation before any program is initiated.

Cost

Athlete Programs are billed at $20 per session

Athlete Assessment fee: $120 on your initial evaluation. Includes the AthleteDISC assessment and a 1 on 1 appointment to review the results.

Adult packages starting at $350 per package (10 visits), or $36 per single visit


Individual Training Sessions start at $120 per session

What should I expect during my first visits?


All clients will need to read, review, and sign an informed consent and permission affidavit. It can be downloaded from HERE.

First Time Visit  Adult–your first visit will be an evaluation. This will take approximately one hour. Plan on being at the gym for 60 minutes and wear comfortable clothing. Also please bring a list of any medications you are currently taking.

First Time Visit  Athlete–your first visit will include testing, and learning general strength training techniques. We will test your 40 yard dash, pro agility, vertical jump and broad jump. You will also do a Athlete Assessment ($100 one time fee) that includes the AthleteDISC assessment and a 1 on 1 follow-up appointment to review the results. Subsequent Visits- The follow up visits are usually scheduled for 60 minutes, Your trainer will establish with you the days and times needed.
