Crisa Renard

General Manager / Exercise Physiologist
Injury Recovery/Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Strength Training
Weight Management

Crisa is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado and has been a trainer at PWI for over 11 years. She enjoys working with a variety of clients from clients who have specific orthopedic needs, weight loss needs, and clients looking to stay healthy and build lean muscle.  Crisa has various certifications aimed at clients with special orthopedic needs including back pain, hip pain, knee pain and ACL injuries.

Following hip replacement and shoulder reconstruction I needed guidance for a long term exercise and physical training program. I was 66 years old at the time, but showing signs of age with weakness and pain. I found PWI had just the program of supervised fitness that I needed to enable me to succeed. They first gave me a thorough assessment of my condition and limitations before starting, and with the advise and guidance of both a knowledgeable Physical Therapist (PT) and an experienced exercise trainer, my program was tailored for my needs and has allowed me to progress well beyond my projected level of rehabilitation. I have gained strength, balance and confidence and have near total reduction in latent pain. I have returned to golf, skiing, gardening and chasing my wife and grandchildren. I love the discipline and patience of the PWI team and recommend them to anyone who wants to become younger, rather than older next year!

The patience, care and time PWI shows each individual pays off with immense growth mentally and physically. Working with the invested and knowledgeable trainers at PWI has helped me exceed my Division I goals. I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the PWI trainers.
— Cori Aafedt, University of Wyoming Volleyball

As an athlete, Ryan and PWI have helped push me to the next level. They have helped me gain strength back post ACL/Meniscus surgery, and become more explosive and stronger as a basketball player. Ryan has played a huge role in where I am today as an athlete, competitor and person.
